EXPERIENCE CHANGE

I am a Chartered Psychologist and a Clinical Psychologist who worked for the NHS for 23 years on qualifying in 1998. I am registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care and Professions Council, a member of the EMDR Association UK and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science. I am a fully trained EMDR Therapist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I have extensive experience of working with adults experiencing psychological difficulties including addictions, phobias, anxiety, work related stress, dealing with changes in physical health, depression, grief and loss, anger and trauma. I have a particular interest in working with clients presenting with work related stress and anxiety
